Abstract: Based on a modified theoretical model of dual laterolog, we have studied the interaction between invasion and shoulder bed using the non-uniform k value concept and developed a set of correction charts for the invaded division in dual laterolog on the prerequisite of constant geometrical factors, which provides a theoretical basis for dual laterolog interpretation.
